It is indeed a great honor to be appointed as the 2025 Chairperson of the National Training Institute (NTI) and serve Junior Chamber International Macao, China.

In JCI, we strive to become leaders by planning and implementing projects that impact our community, as well as, produce positive change. However, planning and implementing good projects requires skills. NTI’s main goal is to provide support to the National and Local Organizations in their activities related to skill development for the members. The support we provide include organizing trainings for members to pick up new skills and know how, and fostering the development of our ‘trainers’ so that they can provide quality trainings for our members.

We sincerely hope you can support us with our goals.

I would also like to take this opportunity to convey my sincere congratulations to the incoming board members of Junior Chamber International Macao, China, Pan Mac Junior Chamber, Hou Kong Junior Chamber and Senior Member Association. I wish you success in all your endeavors.
